The warehouse transfer outwards form created by committing the warehouse purchase order operates in exactly the same way as a outwards form created from scratch does.

where an In Transit warehouse is NOT used, stock is transferred when the form is committed
where in In Transit warehouse IS used, stock is transferred when a Warehouse Receive Inwards is committed
